David Ratcliffe  
George Spalding

David Ratcliffe is the President of Pink Elephant. With over 25 years of IT experience, David is considered one of the leading authorities in the area of ITSM. In 1997, David was responsible for developing and delivering the first ITIL Foundation course in North America, and later the same year, the first international IT Service Management Conference. A regular presenter at conferences around the world, David offers insightful and practical solutions to real life issues in IT management.

 

Co-author of "Continual Service Improvement" core of ITIL V3, George Spalding is one of the world's most insightful and engaging IT Service Management and Support experts. George spent several years as a consultant to the White House on technical presentations and White House conferences, coordinated technical presentations for members of the President's cabinet, the Smithsonian Institute, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. George is an ITIL Service Manager, the highest level in the ITIL certification program, is a regular author of IT articles and white papers, and is a presenter at global ITSM conferences and events.

 

 
Gary Case  
Troy DuMoulin

Co-author of "Continual Service Improvement" core, Gary is an IT professional with mor than 30 years experience, specialising in Process Consulting, Strategic Business Alignment, Project Management, and Training. Gary provides strategic guidance on the delivery of IT Service Management, process consulting, project management activities, and education programmes to organizations across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Gary also has extensive experience presenting ITSM and ITIL related sessions to audience at major events worldwide.

  Troy DuMoulin is an experienced Executive Consultant with a solid and rich background in business process re-engineering. Troy holds the Management Certificate in ITIL and has extensive experience in leading Service Management improvement programs. He delivers strategic and tactical level consulting services to clients based upon a demonstrated knowledge of organizational transformation issues. Troy is a frequent speaker at ITSM events and is a contributing Author for the ITIL “Planning to Implement IT Service Management Book.”
